William J. Roth, JR.
Bill Roth grew up in Buffalo, New York, and earned his B.A. in history with a minor in political science for the State Universtiy of New York in Buffalo. Bill earned his Juris Doctorate in 1983 from the University of Akron School of Law. Bill worked at the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant prosecutor for six years and has been in private practice since then.
Bill successfully ran for Mayor of Fairlawn in November 1995 and was re-elected in 1999 and 2003. Bill is President of the Summit County Mayors Association and is currently serving on and is past president of the Akron/Bath/Fairlawn JEDD Board and serves on the Blossom Board of Overseers. Bill is also a member of the Copley-Fairlawn Kiwanis Club, AHEPA, and is active at his church.
Bill is a member of the Akron Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

R. Bryan Nace
Bryan Nace has been in private practice since 1987, working primarily on civil litigation (including product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, asbestos, class action, business, and consumer litigation). Other areas of practice include probate estate administration, drafting wills, school finance, and zoning issues.
Bryan was licensed to practice law in Ohio in 1985. He was admitted to the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1996, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998.
Bryan served as Magistrate in Fairlawn Mayors Court (1999 – 2001). Prior to entering private practice, Bryan was a law clerk for the Fifth District Court of Appeals (1985 – 1987).
Bryan was elected to Fairlawn City Council, Ward 3, for a four year term beginning January 1, 2002. Prior to that he served on the City of Fairlawn Planning Commission, from 1997 – 2001; serving as Chairperson in 2001. He was also on the City of Fairlawn Board of Zoning Appeals, from 1996 – 1997.
Bryan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law in 1985. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Akron in 1982.
Bryan currently is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Akron Bar Association.
